Due to continued growth and successful contract wins, we are looking to urgently appoint an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead teams, drive performance, deliver exceptional outcomes and support the ongoing expansion of our services

You’ll bring:
• Strong leadership experience
• Proven experience of leading multiple contracts successfully, growing contracts and writing bids/tenders
• A Level 6/7 Careers Guidance qualification
• A passion for high-quality, impactful careers and employability services
