FREDIE
Last year, as part of our commitment towards equality, diversity and inclusion we started working with the National Centre of Diversity (NCOD) to measure how we demonstrate FREDIE qualities throughout all our operations.
FREDIE stands for Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement. These are key values for C+K and over the past twelve months many of our staff and partners have been working with NCOD to evaluate our FREDIE qualities.
In May, NCOD held their annual FREDIE awards, we are really pleased to say that C+K was ranked the 47th Most Inclusive Workplace in the UK – the highest ‘new entry’ in the list.
CEO Martin Green said: "We still have lots to do, but the fact we have rated so high is testament to our staff and the existing processes and procedures that we have around diversity and inclusion."
