An introduction to CEIAG e-learning course
This e-learning course introduces you to Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance or CEIAG. There are three modules (see below) followed by a final assessment. On successful completion of the assessment, you can download a certificate of completion.
System requirements
To access this e-learning you will need an internet connection with:
- Windows: Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
- Mac: Safari (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
- Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Android OS 4.4 or later
The modules include audio.

Modules
We recommend you work through the modules in order, but you can access any of the modules below:
Module 1 - An Introduction to CEIAG
This module introduces CEIAG and describes what schools are required to provide.

This module focuses on the Gatsby Benchmarks, a framework for good practice in schools.

This module focuses on progression pathways and options at transition points between key stages.

This is the final assessment for the CEIAG course. Please work through all three modules before taking this assessment. There are 12 questions and you must score at least 10, before you can print out your certificate of completion. You can retry the assessment if you don’t pass first time.
