Summer careers support

Throughout the summer we will be continuing to offer support for young people who need careers information, advice and guidance.

Our expert team of careers professionals will be available throughout the summer to respond to enquiries and offer support via our CHAT service.

Questions and issues they can support include:

  • Making/changing decisions for September
  • Choosing between college/university and getting a job/apprenticeship
  • Exam results that are better/worse than expected
  • A change in personal circumstances
  • An independent voice to discuss career options with

A level results day is on Tuesday 10th August and GCSE results will be released two days later on Thursday 12th August. Throughout that week we will be sharing content and the latest information across our social media channels. Please ensure you follow us on Facebook and Twitter to receive the latest information.

We have a range of leaflets and posters at the bottom of this page that can be downloaded and used to promote our services to any young people who you feel could benefit from them.

We also have our Positive Minds advisers available if any young people feel as though their mental health is holding them back from making positive career choices.

Our advisers are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You can CHAT to our advisers in the following ways:
