Our staff are all experienced and well qualified – over 95% of our advisers are educated to level 4 or above in advice and guidance and all staff working in our schools are level 6 qualified. Staff have access to continual CPD meaning they are always up to date with the latest changes in the careers guidance sector. Staff working in schools have extensive knowledge and experience of helping schools and colleges meet the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks.
Staff work in teams offering specialist expertise, including careers information, advice and guidance, work with NEET young people, Quality in Careers Standard, training for the CEIAG sector, work experience support, careers information products, CEIAG in schools and colleges, support to employers and training providers, CEIAG work with adults and ICT services.

Based in West Yorkshire, the company is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and operates as a social enterprise across the country. Our Board of Directors comprises up to three appointed members from: Calderdale Council, Kirklees Council and the University of Huddersfield.
