HR Administrator vacancy June 2021

HR Administrator 18 hours per week FTE 3 days a week (salary range £17,091 to £19,131)

Location: Pre-dominantly home based with some attendance required at our Huddersfield office

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the human resource team to recruit a part-time HR Administrator. The role will predominantly require home based working supported by Microsoft teams and occasional attendance at Head Office based in Huddersfield Town centre.

You will need to be passionate about HR and promoting positive employee relations across the business.

You will support a range of HR functions and the administration of all employee records from new recruits to leavers.

This will include supporting: Recruitment, induction, probationary monitoring and absence recording processes, payroll and pensions and all compliance tracking, including disclosure and barring checks.

You will need to have excellent ICT skills or the aptitude and interest to acquire them as you will be heavily involved in the use and development of the Iris Cascade HR self-serve system and supporting other users.

You will need to work effectively as part of a team, managing your own workload and deadlines, be approachable and able to foster positive working relationships, with a strong emphasis on tact, diplomacy and a high level of integrity, confidentiality and security of information and data.
