'Last night’s event at the John Smith’s Stadium was well attended and brilliantly organised and supported. The Mayor was particularly impressed – in fact, so much so, he would like us to run a similar event in North Kirklees'. Steve Collins, C&K Careers Head of Services (young people).

'I met lots of young people, parents and employers who were all really positive. There was a real buzz about the event ... I would particularly like to thank Michelle, who has been absolutely fantastic both in organising the event as well as effectively coordinating everything on the evening. Whenever I asked Michelle to do anything towards the event she either responded positively and carried out efficiently or (more often than not) had already completed my requests before I had even asked!' Louise Hallas, 14-19 Partnership Manager, Kirklees Council.
